Briggs True uses (USPS) The United State Post Office for all of our shipments.

Unfortunately, we do not at this time but we look forward to shipping internationally soon.

How do I place an Order?

This is SUPER EASY go to the product you’re interested in and click on “ADD TO CART” or click on the product image to view the products page. Select the quantity of products you want then click on “ADD TO CART” then select view cart at the top right of the website and Check out.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you’re interested in Canceling or Changing your order please contact us immediately at info@briggstrue.com and we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you do not BUT it’s best to create an account so it’s easier for you to re-order.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification from USPS with the tracking information. Make sure you add your correct email address to your order!Or you can track it right here >> Track My Package.
