Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (16 oz.) Franks or Hot Dogs
  • 8 slices Bacon (Briggs prefers Turkey bacon . . . it works better for this application.)
  • 8 bollio rolls, steamed (or fresh hot dog buns)
  • 1 can (15 oz.) Baked beans (use just what you need)
  • 1 Tbsp Chunky Salsa (your favorite)
  • ½ cup chopped onions
  • 2 Tablespoon BT Texas Jalapeño sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon BT Texas Mustard Sauce

Instructions

  • 1. WRAP each frank with 1 slice bacon. Secure with toothpicks.
  • 2. COOK in skillet on medium heat 7 to 9 min. or until bacon is done, turning frequently.
  • 3. CUT long slit down in top of each roll, (or use hot dog buns) being careful to not cut through it.
  • 4. Fill rolls with franks and remaining ingredients in order of preference.
