Fast, easy and quick Fettuccine Alfredo pasta recipe

Briggs True Texas Seasoning

1 kg fettuccine

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup butter

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan, plus more for sprinkling

Freshly ground black pepper

2 tbsp chopped parsley


1 In a large pot boil water and salt the water.

2Cook pasta according to package instructions (TIP: 1 minute less than instructed). Reserve about 1 cup of pasta water then drain. TIP: Do Not Rinse Pasta

3in a large skillet over medium heat, add cream and butter. Cook until the butter is melted and the cream is heated through. Whisk in Parmesan and season with salt and pepper. If the sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water, 1 tablespoon at a time. Remove from heat.

4Add cooked pasta and toss until coated in sauce.

5Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
