Quick and Easy Steak Salad

5 cups tightly packed torn Romaine Lettuce

2 small plum tomatoes, sliced

1 yellow pepper, halved, grilled and cut into strips

1 tablespoon Briggs TRUE Texas Seasoning & Rub

1 beef flank steak, flat iron or strip steak (1 lb.), grilled, sliced

½ cup Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Crumbles

½ cup Zesty Italian Dressing


1Grill to medium-high heat.

2Season both sides of the steak with Briggs TRUE Texas Seasoning and Rub

3GRILL steak 6 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Cut steak into thin slices; arrange over salad. Drizzle with warm dressing mixture.

4COVER 4 salad plates with lettuce.

5TOP with vegetables, meat and cheese.

6DRIZZLE with dressing and cheese crumbles just before serving.
