Horseradish–Black Pepper Gibson

2 ½ ounces Horseradish–Black Pepper Vodka (click for recipe)

½ ounce dry vermouth

Cocktail onions (for serving)

dash of Briggs True Texas Hot Sauce


1Combine vodka and vermouth in a cocktail shaker; fill the shaker with ice. Shake until the outside of shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with cocktail onions.

2Add a dash of Briggs True Hot Sauce to spice it up.
