Best Spicy Mustard Vinaigrette

1 tbsp Briggs True Spicy Mustard

1 1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar or sherry vinegar

1 tbsp fresh organic lemon juice

pinch Salt

freshly ground pepper

1/2 cup organic extra virgin olive oil

1 garlic clove


1In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine Briggs True Texas Spicy Mustard, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and freshly ground pepper. Whisk in the organic extra virgin olive oil.

2Peel the garlic clove and lightly crush, keeping the garlic clove intact. Place in the dressing and allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Remove from the dressing before serving.


1This dressing will keep well in the refrigerator for a couple of days. Remove the garlic clove before storing.
