Bacon Wrapped & Cream Cheese Stuffed Jalapeno Poppers with Habanero Sauce

10 Large Jalapenos

8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese

10 Bacon pieces

1/2 cup Briggs True Strawberry Habanero Jelly

1/2 cup Fresh Strawberries (optional)


1Wash and dry the jalapeno peppers.

2Cut peppers in half. Make sure you don't touch your face it might sting.

3Use a spoon to scrape out the seeds.

4Use a spoon to stuff the peppers with your favorite cream cheese.

5Cut the bacon in half and wrap it around the peppers.

6Refrigerate the poppers until you want to cook them or you can cook them.

7You can cook these on the grill at about 400-degrees or in an oven 400-degree.

8Cook Jalapeno poppers for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is done to your liking.

While the poppers are cooking, you can make the sauce.

1Place Briggs True Strawberry Habanero Jelly and strawberries in a bowl

2Microwave for 20 seconds

3Stir and mash up the berries slightly.

4Drizzle on top and enjoy!
