1/2 Cup Parsley
1/2 Cup Cilantro
1 Whole Shallot
4 Cloves Of Garlic
Add Little Salt & Pepper
1 Whole Lemon
1/3 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 Cup Olive Oil (Or To Whatever Consistency You Want)
All Purpose Meat Seasoning (Gauge on Spice Level)
In a blender or bowl, combine the parsley, cilantro, shallot, and garlic. Add a little salt and pepper for seasoning.
To the blended mixture, add the zest of the whole lemon, the juice from the lemon, red wine vinegar, and olive oil. The amount of olive oil can be adjusted to achieve your desired consistency.
